I would suggest you go to Fairgo. When I had a problem with our builder I contacted Fairgo but they wouldn’t consider doing a story unless they received several complaints on the same builder. There were many people affected by him but were not wanting to use Fairgo as they were frightened of our big fat bully. Contact Fairgo by email it’s worth a go.
